“Inspire” is a transitive verb that Merriam-Webster defines as follows:
a : to influence, move, or guide by divine or supernatural inspiration
b : to exert an animating, enlivening, or exalting influence
c : to spur on
As 2020 comes to a close, let it be our goal to be influenced, moved and guided by divine inspiration. May the words of this blog exert an animating, enlivening and exalting influence on all who become aware of it. And in the generous and kind spirt already shown in the pages of My True Love’s Gifts, let us endeavor to mediate upon Hebrews 10:24 and consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
